Dear Sir,
We are partnership firm with two partners.
We have admitted new Partner and one of the old partner has resigned.
Now my question is, should we intimate the change of partners to Sales tax department, Excise department, Income tax department, service tax department etc about the change in partners.

The revised partnership deed is require to be registered with income tax department.
And a letter of change of constitution is required to be sent in all other departments
