I just want to confirm that is that possible to make some correction in the existing registered trust deed by way of correction deed. The changes which i want is written as follows: 1- Registered address of the trust to be changed from one city to another. 2- Wants to give Vito power to the person who created this trust.3- Quorum of the person to pass the resolution should increase by 2 to 4 trustees. I cleared PE II group II and converted into IPCC. Now I want to start articleship.
As per rule of IPCC, student has to clear his group I to join articleship. So I just want to know whether I am eligible to join articleship as I cleared Group II and not group I.

We are partnership firm with two partners.

We have admitted new Partner and one of the old partner has resigned.

Now my question is, should we intimate the change of partners to Sales tax department, Excise department, Income tax department, service tax department etc about the change in partners.
