Commencement of articleship of pe ii student convtd to ipcc

(Querist)
17 November 2011 I cleared PE II group II and converted into IPCC. Now I want to start articleship.
As per rule of IPCC, student has to clear his group I to join articleship. So I just want to know whether I am eligible to join articleship as I cleared Group II and not group I.

Please advise.

17 November 2011 But It is not the same for pe2 to ipcc converted students. They can join even if they had completd any of their grp in pe2.
