Expel a director

15 November 2011 Dear Sir;

We are four directors of our company, out of which only one director to whom we want to expel out of the company, as he is not having that much capability, determination to grow our business. And also three of us have some personal disputes with him. FYI, we are equally holding the shares.
So please help us in this regard ASAP.

18 November 2011 Condition must be fulfilled as per section 283 and 284 of the Companies Act 1956 otherwise it cannot be possible to retire a director. in such way and for such reason.
