My articleship period is 30th oct 2007 to 28th april 2011 i.e. 3 years and 6 months in PCC. I have availed total 38 leaves till 23rd june 2008 and afterthat i transferred to other firm.IN other firm i served training period from 24th june 2008 to 28th april 2011. and here i availed 260 leaves.I want to know how many extra leaves i availed.How many leaves are actually allowed to me according to my data.

I am a Labour supply Contractor, I Hava a ESIC Registration, I given the loaubor in 2 Different Company, 1 is MP and 1 is Rajasthan, for the both State I sperate No. Taken from ESIC Office.

However sir, from The 10 April, 2011 I contract over in Rajsthan due the Completion of Project, So Sir I have not Deposit any Challan and ESIC Return for The Period of APR,11 to Sep,2011 on Rajastan ESIC No. So Kindly Suggest me now what we will do?
(Note: I do not want to Closed Rajasthan ESIC No. because November onward we restart the supply in the same area) Pl Suggest me.....

My M.COM course was finished prior to joining of my articleship training. But i failed to clear the M.COM exam & appeared for the exam 2nd time during my articleship.

I did not taken the permission of ICAI for M.COM course in the form 112 since my M.COM was finished prior to my articleship training & 2nd time I appeared only for exam> I didnt require to attand any classes during my articleship training.

The query raised by ICAI is that I need to take the permission.

Please resolve my query & help me to know weather I need to take permission
