if a fixed deposit is withdrawn before the maturity date, does the bank charge any penalty? if yes, what is the amount/rate of the penalty ?

why does a bank accept current account deposits? because it cannot further invest that sum cause it always has to keep that amount ready for meeting withdrawals.. so apart from earning from the overdrafts (which I think are very unusual, pls correct me if I'm wrong) what does the bank get by keeping current accounts ? does it charge any amount separately from current acc holders for this service and for keeping their money in safe custody ?

do banks charge interest on loan customer wise or is it uniform for everybody for one type of loan ? eg:- if Mr.A and Mr.B, both of them want a home loan.. will the interest RATE for both of them be same or will it differ according to their individual credit worthiness and security offered?

So do the banks have a uniform interest rate for one type of loan(eg:home loan) for everybody or does the rate differ from person to person for the same type of loan

I hv dispute between me & my CA. now i want to termination my article ship from their.. but Now my CA is not allowed me for termination.CA give me a Stipend of RS 3000/- p.m. now she told me that as per rules of ICAI stipend is RS 1,000/- . first you should pay me the Excess of 2,000/-p.m (from star of article to till date).
