Is there any minimum limit in Rs.....i.e. minimum amount of total transactions for applicability of International transfer prcing provisions on an entity? eg. in domestic transfer pricing its Rs. 5 crore.

For all other payments – TDS is deductible at the time of credit to the recipient account in the books of the deductor or at the time of payment, whichever is earlier.

But in the month of march payment to be made have not been credited to the respective parties a/c instead the following entry has been passed

To o/s liab a/c

now should they deduct tds when they recieve the bills or in the month of march only??

For the financial year 2012-13 our client having a Term Loan a/c which is NPA. The bank does not provide Loan statement of account for the period of last four months. so as a auditor how the entry for the last four months to be entered in accounts. Further how the auditor will report in this respect, because exact loan a/c status is not known to him.

I have joined articles on February 25,2013. On 16 July,2013, i applied for termination. I Have posted form no. 109 signed by the principal.Even after 30 days i didn't got any response from the ICAI. regarding my termination of my articleship. Should i wait for some more time sir?
