Good evening sir..plz tell me that is their any critereas for transfering articleship principle...for some reason

if it is with in one year
you need to take signature of your boss in form 109,,
there is no other condition than this
icai prior permission not required
after taking boss signature send documents to icai with in 30 days from date of transfer
after that with out waiting for icai permission/confirmation of your transfer can join with any other ca and can send form 103

No, there is no criteria.
As per Regulation 56 you are free to take transfer during first year of article ship and you can submit Form-109 signed by your principal without any reason.
The Institute will register your transfer accordingly.
In first year of article ship, you have not requirement to take prior approval for taking transfer.
