I joined a firm in Sept 2013. I wanted to change my firm. I took termination from my old firm on 13th Feb 2014 by filling the form 109 and by getting signed by my principal. I posted d form to icai on 15 th Feb and joined a new firm and got registered in it on 24th Feb. I dint get any confirmation letter from icai til 13 th March. can I send my new articleship application (form 103) to icai without getting the confirmation letter ? or should I wait till I get the confirmation letter from icai ?
When I am filing TDS Returns in form 24Q, What amount we have to take in Payment Amount Column, I mean Including Conveyance Allowances? in AY2014-15.
and in tds filing in rent cases what amount we have to taken in payment of amount (including service Tax or Excluding service tax) if we given the including st and tds is on excluding st, the traces put the on lower deduction.

A) HOW SHOULD REGISTER FOR EXTENSION BECAUSE IM ON LEAVE TILL JUNE I.E TILL THE EXAM IS OVER. SO CAN I COMPLETE THE EXTENSION LATER AFTER JUNE?
B) DO I HAVE TO COMPLETE MY EXTENSION UNDER THE SAME PRINCIPAL OR A OR CAN I CHANGE?

Dear Experts,
We have a partnership firm running for last two & half years and now one partner is retiring from 31.03.2014 settling his all account mutually agreed and one new partner is joining on the same day without dissolving the Firm. I made a draft for Partnership Deed-Retirement and Admission will be effected from 31.03.2014 and also made a separate draft for Partnership Deed-Admission and Reconstitution which to be done/effected on 01.04.2014 as the new partner will put in capital on 01.04.14 in the newly constituted firm. I do not want to prepare a compact deed for retirement & admission for submitting future returns separately with departments. I wish to get registered the retirement & admission deed only.
Q.1. Is it Okay or necessary to prepare one compact deed and from when the new partnership will be effected from 31.03.14 or 01.04.14 considering the separate deed?
Q.2. What are the procedures for intimating for PAN. TAN, VAT and Bank?
