Please guild me about was Sunday or holiday appeared between continue leave is counted as leave or counted as working day. As actual in office there was a holiday.

And please give me Some rules or guildline of icai which is reference to this issue.

LEAVES IN ANY ORGANISATION ARE GUIDED BY FACTORIES ACT,(WHERE APPLICABLE) AND AVAILMENT OF THOSE LEAVE ARE WORKMEN'S RIGHT. PLEASE REFER TO EXPLANATION 2. TO SECTION 79 (1) OF FACTORIES ACT, 1948 WHICH SAYS "QUOTE",
" THE LEAVE ADMISSIBLE UNDER THIS SUB SECTION SHALL BE EXCLUSIVE OF ALL HOLIDAYS WHETHER OCCURING DURING OR AT EITHER END OF THE PERIOD OF LEAVE"
UNQUOTE.
KINDLY TAKE NOTE OF THIS EXPLANATION.
BUT IN PRACTICE THERE ARE ORGANISATIONS WITH LEAVE POLICY AND SOME OF THEM INCLUDE INTERVENING HOLIDAYS OR SUNDAY (SUFFIXED/ PREFIXED) IN CASUAL LEAVE.
