I have taken a occ limit of twelve lakhs with my bank. I have pledged my property as a security to the bank. My current business has been not so much good. So,i was renovating my business and have planned to change the name of my business.So,my bank manager is saying that you cannot change the name of your business until you settle your loan dues but you can carry on with the older name.So, please suggest me what can be done in this matter.

sir i want to gift my house property to my relative .

now as per law stamp duty is levied as a fixed % market value of the property.

now how do i determine market valuer of my property.??

is it done by approved valuer were to find an approved valuer??? and what qualification should an approved should possess.

i dnt filled form 112 as i completed my b.com corresspondance
now i am a c.a. so is there any requirement of it . my principal is ready to sign my form as i dnt do any regular course during my ca training.
please help me and tell me should i file form 112 now or there is no need to file it..

I have a query regarding my articleship completion, My period of articleship As per Deed is from 30/08/2011 to 29/08/2014 but at the time of filing the examination form for May, 2014 attempt I have mentioned the completion date to be 29/10/2014, so now i wanted to know that when i am required to submit form 108 i.e Articleship Completion Form
Please let me know any one as soon as possible its urgent...
and whether form no. 108 requires franking

with increasing number of chartered accountant in market are enough jobs available in the market?

Sir please suggest me which group to be given in november 2014 ca final because i hav heard that from nxt attmpt more sections of companies act 2013 vil become applicable for ca final appart from 45sections applicable now if i dnt give first and if i dnt give second den alot of amendments will come by finance act in DT n IDT...i m highly confused please suggest a way...??

i any body tell me the procedure for articleship completion... I am completing my articles in 27 aug 2014 and since exam forms will be issued by 12 aug 2014, is it enough for me to file only form 108 or form 119 also required since in exam form it will be asked to submit articleship completion certificate... pls clarify my doubt.....
