sir i want to gift my house property to my relative .
now as per law stamp duty is levied as a fixed % market value of the property.
now how do i determine market valuer of my property.??
is it done by approved valuer were to find an approved valuer??? and what qualification should an approved should possess.

if you know what rate the property is selling in your locality, then it is market price.

if market price is less then value adopted for stamp duty, pay stamp duty on that value.
