I have taken a occ limit of twelve lakhs with my bank. I have pledged my property as a security to the bank. My current business has been not so much good. So,i was renovating my business and have planned to change the name of my business.So,my bank manager is saying that you cannot change the name of your business until you settle your loan dues but you can carry on with the older name.So, please suggest me what can be done in this matter.

there is no such restriction within the banking regulations. If the manager causes any problem, report to his seniors and banking ombudsman..
