Filling of form 112

i dnt filled form 112 as i completed my b.com corresspondance
now i am a c.a. so is there any requirement of it . my principal is ready to sign my form as i dnt do any regular course during my ca training.
please help me and tell me should i file form 112 now or there is no need to file it..

you should still submit 112 and request for condonation for delay.

for any future negative consequences its better u file it.
