Sir please suggest me which group to be given in november 2014 ca final because i hav heard that from nxt attmpt more sections of companies act 2013 vil become applicable for ca final appart from 45sections applicable now if i dnt give first and if i dnt give second den alot of amendments will come by finance act in DT n IDT...i m highly confused please suggest a way...??

Decision has to be yours. Yes more section of Companies Act 2013 will be applicable in May 2015.

Amendments in the recent budget will be applicable for May 2015 term.
Giving both groups is always good since you can avail the facility of inter group mark set off. But it has also to be backed by preparation. If you can prepare only one group then I will say go for group 1.
But the decision should be yours based on your comfort level.

1. Applicability of notified sections of the Companies Act, 2013 for May 2015 Exam
ICAI vide its Notification dated 20.05.2014, has notified that the relevant sections of the Companies Act, 2013notified till September 30, 2014 would be applicable for May 2015 examinations for the IPCC and Final papers as defined in said notification.

2. Revision of syllabus for May 2015 due to applicability of Companies Act, 2015
ICAI vide its Notification dated 20.05.2014, has uploaded a 16 page documents on its website regarding Revision of the syllabus for May 2015 examinations and onwards pursuant to enactment of the Companies Act, 2013.
This 16 page document contains changes made in syllabus of IPCC and Final due to enactment of the Companies Act, 2013. You may download this notification cum new syllabus file from the link provided below:
