Sir,I am gets more than 55% in T.y.bcom.so I am eligible for registration ..? plz...help

Sir,

I want to register a private limited company (2 partners) for media activity and others by the name Global digital media village. What are the conditions for registering a company in that name? And can the RoC register this name or refuse to register? [I was told that generally the RoC refuses to register.] And if the RoC refuses to register, what is the basic or logic reason in that and what is the alternate remedy. Kindly let me know.

I want to ask weather the degree of CA is equivalent to bachelor or masters if he/she studies after 12th standard. And what if he/she wants to pursue further education outside India?

I think if EPF is applicable on a company , employee drawing monthly salary (basic + DA) much above 15000/- like 50000/- , EPF is deductible on atleast Rs. 15000/- .
please correct me if I am wrong.

sir I hv already registered for direct IPCC based on my T.Y.B.Com result which is more than 55% but I heard a news that agreegate marks of FY,SY and will be considered for the eligibility otherwise registration will be cancelled....please I want clarification on the matter please help me soon.....

in which form required to submit for tranfer of articleship of second year and is it required to take prior approval from institute if it is necessary please just me format for such application

IAM KRISHNA I HAVE WORKED AS ARTICLES FROM 1-1-2014 TO 17-6-2014 WITH THE PREVIOUS EMPLOYER IN THE FIRST YEAR OF ARTICLES NOW I HAVE APPLIED FOR TRANSFER AND RE-REGISTRATION & WORKING WITH NEW EMPLOYER BUT IN FORM 109 WHICH I HAVE SENT FOR RE-REGISTRATION NOT FILLED THE LEAVE COLUMN . THAT'S WHY A LETTER STATING FROM ICAI CHENNAI CAME TO ME THAT OUR PREVIOUS PRINCIPAL HAS TO INFORM ABOUT MY LEAVE AVAILED DAYS . WHEN I ASKED HIM ABOUT THIS HE SAID THAT HE HAD SENT THE LETTER TO ICAI CHENNAI . SO MY QUERY IS HOW MUCH DAYS IT WILL TAKE TO REGISTER WITH MY NEW PRINCIPAL AS ARTICLED ASSISTANT

I had late filled by 8 days form 112 for permission of cs course along with ca. Icai has condoned the delay as special case.and also told that my enrollment as a member will be delayed as and when I will apply for it due to this late filling of form. so what is special case? and membership will be delayed by how many days or time and whether it will create any problem at the time of ca examination? please answer me.
