I want to ask weather the degree of CA is equivalent to bachelor or masters if he/she studies after 12th standard. And what if he/she wants to pursue further education outside India?

18 September 2014 it is treated as equivalent to masters by some universities provided you have a graduation degree and not otherwise.

For foreign education, it shall depend on the college where you are applying
