I am Sravani. At present i am doing Articleship. I registered Under IGNOU for B.Com. My Doubt is that Complusory to Obtain College Seal & Principal Sign in Form 112.Please Provide the Instructions to fill the Form 112,If any Student doing his/her b.com under any Open University like IGNOU.

if customer do not have single line invoice format .it has to be split like medical equipment and accessories.In past customer used to apply for license for both above mentioned .I would like to know in which govt guidelines it is written that customer can apply for both main equipment and accessories and clear the goods with zero custom duty.

I passed my CPT in 2011 after which I couldnt pass ipcc till date .however i passed my executive CS in 2012. and I wish to do my graduation from ignou (i.e. programme of B.com With CS) .
Am i eligible for admission in ignou ? is it possible to take admisson in ignou for b.com and c.s after cpt ?

I am a CA Final student having cleared 1 st group in Nov 2011 and applied for revalidation this January 2014.
My query is that whether in any case my clearance of 1 st group will get cancelled due to my revalidation or whether there is any other way by which my 1st group clearance can get cancelled.

Have following query on a transaction between foreign Parent Company(PC) situated in USA and Indian (100%) Subsidiary (IS).

The PC has directly made the payments to the vendors and employees (salary) of the IS in India during the financial year.

Ideally, the PC should transfer the money to the account of IS as share application or otherwise and upon receipt of such money, IS should utilize it for the purpose of release of payments to its suppliers / employees as the case may be.

In the above instance, due to payments being released by the PC to the suppliers/employees of IS in India, any provisions from FEMA/RBI perspective need to complied with. Whether this will be treated as loan attracting ECB provisions?

Is it required to seek permission from icai if we want to join CA articleship in our final year of regular course graduation which will get over in may as last date for articleship registration is 30th april.
i have cleared my IPCC last year only but did not join articleship as i wished to complete graduation in a regular course
plz suggest me what to do. my final year exams are in maun 2015
