17 September 2014 sir, i want to take loan of Rs. 10,00,000 for a home in old building. and in my home No one is tax payer and I am just using basic exemption limit and we do not have much bank transaction also. and a loan broker is asking for 2.5 % cut for sactioning Loan. sir, please tell me what are the precautions i need to take loan and can I get the loan sanctioned without agent, if yes then How??

18 September 2014 Sorry. If there is less transactions in your bank & so there is no any specific process to sanction your loan demand. Kindly go through the advice of Bank Manager.
