I APPLIED FOR A PAN CARD IN JULY 2013, THE PAN WAS ALLOTTED TO ME, CARD WAS DISPATCH IN AUGUST 2013 BUT UNFORTUNATELY I COULD NOT RECEIVE MY PAN CARD AS I WAS OUT OF KOLKATA AT THAT TIME, AND IT RETURNED BACK AS "Article Undelivered : [DOOR LOCKED / FIRST INTIMATION]"
NOW I WANT TO KNOW WHAT SHOULD I DO? SHOULD I APPLY (FORM-49A) FOR A NEW PAN WITH SAME PAN NO ALLOTTED TO ME...
