For Property sale, for registration purpose, I can request my buyer to use "RTGS" for transaction of Rs 41 Lacs. My Bank is Canara Bank. It seems there is no upper limit. What precautions I should take apart from providing required information like Beneficiary account, branch, name, FICR Code. Is there any chance of fraud?

One of my friends wants to transfer the ownership of a sole proprietorship business to his friend. The business is Shop & establishment registered and there is a bank account associated with the business. What is the procedure of transferring such an entity? Is it possible to change the name of the business during transfer of ownership? How to account for the existing inventory and assets in the business?

2 Partnership Firms with their mutual oral understanding have taken a flat on rent in mumbai for their business visits. Rent will be shared by both firm equally. However the rent agreement is in the name of one firm only. Now the query is, how to document supportings for payments for another firm whose name not appearing in Rent Agreements and also for the firm who is a party to rent agreement, since he is paying only half of amount mentioned in rent agreement. Should this be supported by seperate MOU between the both firms or we have to ammend rent agreement to include both firms name or any other solution.
