19 September 2016 hai i am doing first year of articles and i am not hapy with my firm so i am presently working at madhurai and i want to join new firm at banglore what is the procedure should i follow.? And if my auditor does nt allowed me to this na what are the steps can i do for getting termination

19 September 2016 in the first year of articleship, you can take transfer. But from second year onwards, it is subject to the conditions as laid down by ICAI. Ensure you take the transfer within first year....If your Principal (I know in southern parts of India, Principal is known as Auditor...but please make a habit of calling him/her as Principal rather than Auditor)
