Landing cost on CNF price

Dear Sir / Madam,
I want to purchase X goods from Germany and there is a total 24% duty India, but seller give me price €5000 CNF, so what is my landing cost. I want to know for my budget and business plan.

Under current International Commercial Terms of 2010 there is no term as CNF. It is CFR. On CFR value add 1.125% towards insurance. On the arrived value ( CIF) add 1% towards landing cost. Then it becomes assessable value. Duties are applied on such value.
