Hi,I am going to complete my 1st year of articleship on January 2017 and i will be attending my first attempt in november 2016,,but in december 2016 i want to take transfer /termination from my articleship...can i appear for IPCC in may 2017 without continuing my Articleship. anyone please let me know.. very much need of it..

i am Jay udasi. i passed ca final grp 2 in last attempt and now i filled form 108 ending articleship but my principle has putten extension of it. he has putten excess leave of 192 un 2.5 years of articleship. before this i was elsewhere in articleship there it was leave of 48 days.
i want to ask this will create problem. the exam i pass is valjd??

I would like to take a Car loan of 4,00,000/-. It is known that certain banks, like SBI, has now new method of calculating lending rate as per RBI norms which is known as MCLR.

My questions are :

1. Is it there for Car Loans?

2. There are Car Dealers who lend us on flat rate as compared to floating rates of nationalised banks, so which one is better considering the new MCLR computing of Interest Rate by Nationalised banks?

3. In the loan granted by dealers, there is one offer as, if we put a lumpsum money into loan after 2 years, the whome amount will be used for reducing the principal amount. Nationalised bank, normally puts in the amount to both Principal portion and Interest portion as far as i know. So, which one is more benficial?

4. Last but not the least, whether in the coming 5- 7 years, what is the possibility of Interest rate MCLR - going up or down?

Dear Sir, While migrating old IEC to E-ICE. can we make necessary changes also....? here my problem is my client is using old IEC Code and now he wants to update new data's like address changes etc... We charge an amount of Rs1000 per client for five years in advance under a scheme,

1 are we need to distribute this 1000 in five years as income?
2 Or we consider this 1000 as one time income?

If CBI raids a company but no demand/liability raised by CBI, would there be any liability of Auditors to report on the same? Is there any liability on the company to disclose the issue somewhere in the notes to accounts? Please suggest.

i filed ITR of individual taking wrong TDS , it was late file,, is there any way to take such TDS benefit again,,,

What all documents are required if i want to correct my father name in my PAN Card because at the time of applying by mistake the person who was applying intered the wrong name of my father. Please tell me because when i applied for correction i have submitted Driving Licence copy but then I have received a mail from NSDL that Proof of change in father name required and such document are not valid which is given by you . So please tell me what should i give them.
