Please let me know whether multi level marketing (MLM) company is legal in India? If the word 'MLM' is mentioned in E-From MOA for Incorporation purpose of a company, then will it get approval from MCA?

I had opted for partial COP as I was working in a CA firm at the time I cleared my CA exam. Now I want to join as a partner and require my COP certificate. What is the procedure for getting the COP certificate as I wasn't issued one on clearance as I had applied for partial COP.

Iam second yr article & i wanted small guidance regards termination of articleship. I have completed 1yr 3months of articleship and want to terminate articles on medical grounds so if today i write letter to institute for the same accompanying medical certificate from govt hospital....in this case whether i have to state that i was in discontinuation of articles for last 3months or going to discontinue for next coming 3 months. Pls guide, really urgent.

Changes In FINANCIAL REPORTING syllabus (other than changes in AS & IndAS).
For ISCA, only the practice manual is available with applicable changes. So should i go with old study material (jan,2016) & new practice manual (jan,2017) or manish valecha book & new practice manual (jan,2017)

Dear Experts, My articleship was commenced on 25th April 2016, according to that my 2nd year would be completed on 25th April 2018, As i want to join Industrial Training in which month i should join the same ? , because i can't join in May 2018 as i will be appearing in Nov'2018 Exams so i need leave from July 2018, Plus i have to complete two new training as per revised scheme. and if i join form May i won't be able to appear in May 2019 Exams (In case i failed in Nov'2018) because as per ICAI rules Articleship has to be completed (With Extension) before giving 2nd attempt. So from May & June ( 2 Months) + November (Mid) to April (5.5)= 7.5 Months and Industrial training has to be 9 to 12 Months. So can i join IT before starting from my 3rd Year of Articleship ?
