While trying to make payment online in SIRC of ICAI site for CPE programmes I got the message that "we were unable to process your payment. Transaction failed due to incorrectly calculated Hash parameter.
If anyone know the solution for this problem, please help.

1) If CA having COP is employed in CA Firm Whether No of Tax audit 60 for employee ca will be added to total no of Tax audits of firm?
2) Whether he can sign on behalf of the ca firm?( It is clear that he can not practice in his individual capacity) If he can not sign on behalf of ca firm what are the uses to hold COP by employee CA who works in CA firm
3)What are the designation can be given to employee ca in ca firm? -Manager CEO or only Employee
4)Whether Seal can be made in his name as done for partner CA?

I registered my property agreement to sale with a clause that sale agreement should be made withing 3 months from the date of registration of agreement.
I received 6 lakhs with a commitment from the buyer that he will raise loan from the bank of Remaining amount.

Withing 3 months he didnt registered that sale deed. what are the legal implications of the same?
There is no clause in the agreement regarding cancellation of agreement.

Is it better to choose big firms or small firms for articles??

Recently i lost my membership certificate. I changed my address from Andhra to Tamilanadu. Address alredy updated in member's register. My query is while applying for duplicate certificate whether i need execute Affidavit (on non - judicial stamp paper of the value in force in the STATE) on Andhra stamp paper or Tamilnadu stamp paper. Am going to practice in chennai only. Kindly advice its very urgent.
