Hi Sir. I forget to deduct TDS form professional charges and i have paid full amount without TDS Deduction, here after what i have to do , how to pass journal entry for this any one can teach me pls

If not deducted from the respective bill, then you must deduct the the tax from the lump sum amount(in the year) from the next bill (if any). If it was the last bill then just post the entry as under:-
Professional Charges Dr To Creditor/Bank (as applicable)
