I want to know that if in my saving account does not link with pan card then what is the limit of deposit or transaction in financial whole year

You have to compulsory link your bank account with PAN to operate it.

As per RBI Norms, No accounts can be operated without PAN unless there is any specific scheme account given by govt like PM Jan dhan Yojana.
