Unable to make online payment in sirc of icai

While trying to make payment online in SIRC of ICAI site for CPE programmes I got the message that "we were unable to process your payment. Transaction failed due to incorrectly calculated Hash parameter.
If anyone know the solution for this problem, please help.

Thanks for your suggestion. I have contacted SIRC and they changed few things in my profile. Now my problem got solved.
