I have following queries
1) If CA having COP is employed in CA Firm Whether No of Tax audit 60 for employee ca will be added to total no of Tax audits of firm?
2) Whether he can sign on behalf of the ca firm?( It is clear that he can not practice in his individual capacity) If he can not sign on behalf of ca firm what are the uses to hold COP by employee CA who works in CA firm
3)What are the designation can be given to employee ca in ca firm? -Manager CEO or only Employee
4)Whether Seal can be made in his name as done for partner CA?

2) No. Use is to take articled assistant only.

3) Depends, but CEO looks little awkward

4) Seal can be made, but not like partner CA.

For Question No 3 in your openion what will be best designation can be given as I am only employee in CA firm? Kindly suggest Few?
For Question 4 as per my understanding the seal can be made in following format
For ABC Co (Name of CA Firm)
Chartered Accountants
Firm Reg No
S/d
Designation-CA XYZ ( Name of employee CA)
MM Reg.No
If it is wrong kindly suggest
Last but not the least if CA employee can not sign on behalf of firm What is the use of making above seal? What else he can sign Kindly suggest

Ca working in ca firm can be an authorised signatory but for purpose other than signing reports. So seal can be made but only as authorised signatory for delegated purposes. I want to Know what will be the delegated purposes in detail for which seal can be made. And also want to confirm the format of seal
