Revised ITR after IT refund

May I file revised ITR for AY 2025-26, although I have already received IT refund for the said year.

You can legally file revised ITR after receipt of intimation order u/s. 143(1)a IT act along with refund, if any; but the time line to file revised return for AY 2025-26 is over. The last date was 31/12/2025.
