dear all
kindly assist me that whether the gst 'll be paid on RCM in case of sale made to unregistered person...m I liable to pay rcm in Oct 3B,,?

CBEC has notified suspension of Reverse Charge Mechanism (RCM) till 31 March 2018 under Section 9(4) of the CGST Act, 2017/ Section 7(4) of the UTGST Act, 2017/ Section 5(4) of the IGST Act, 2017.

Dear Ms.Priyanka,
As per the recommendations made by 22nd GST Council Meeting CBEC suspended RCM u/s 9(3) by way of Notification on 13th of October,2017.
So,if the above transaction falls before 13th of Oct then RCM will apply and you are liable to pay in Oct GSTR 3B and claim the Input for the same.
