Iam a second yr article and want to take termination due to my ill health, when i asked about requirements in regional branch they said send letter with medical certificate from govt hospital as well as termination form. Pls can anyone tell that were i can get this termination form.

Is it better to choose big firms or small firms for articles??

Recently i lost my membership certificate. I changed my address from Andhra to Tamilanadu. Address alredy updated in member's register. My query is while applying for duplicate certificate whether i need execute Affidavit (on non - judicial stamp paper of the value in force in the STATE) on Andhra stamp paper or Tamilnadu stamp paper. Am going to practice in chennai only. Kindly advice its very urgent.

I had opted for partial COP as I was working in a CA firm at the time I cleared my CA exam. Now I want to join as a partner and require my COP certificate. What is the procedure for getting the COP certificate as I wasn't issued one on clearance as I had applied for partial COP.
