actually i was solving RTP of PCC and there i saw sums like in many sums of capital budgeting they actually calculate tax on negative profits
but in JK shah classes its not this way
so either we should strictly follow RTP even its wrong or should follow our classes way.
Please help

I'm stuck up to solve a problem relating to IRR or weighted return.
there is investment(outflow) given for 10 years ,
revenue(inflows) are aslo given for 10 years.
how 2 calculate weighted return for this investment? pls reply with details

tds on rent

dear sir
i am receiving rent @12500/- per month for m ind. gala for 1 year . pl. let me know at what rate the payee will deduct the tds from his payment. is there any way i can avoid the tds deduction. pl. explain vhrc@rediffmail.com
