What is the meaning / definition of Commercial establishments or complexes as per section 2(e)(a) of Wealth Tax Act

Commercial building is just u a building for rent. where as commercial complex or commercial establishments is like a big mall, a big complex where number of shops are established

It means any builing of complex used for commercial activities. The establismnet stands for a single unit while complex houses more than one unit of commercial establishments.
