Whether SEZ Units / SEZ Developers can issue the Form I to registered dealer( sub Vendor ) for supplying the goods to SEZ on behalf of main contractor.

Ex: A - SEZ Unit / Developers
B - Main Contractor
C - Sub Contractor ( Material
Supplier on behalf of M/s.B )

Based on above example, M/s.A can issue the form I to M/s.C or not.

I have read in the CST act that in case the form C is not submitted to the department within the next quarter, then the same can be submitted within the commencement of the assessment.

Kindly let me know where the same is found in the act (viz the section reference and the rules if any)

I mean that to get exemption in tax in 2nd grp are the other two papers require attendance compulsorily
