a news about income tax posted under the site but if i want it to send that particluar information to the friend with that web page of that inforamtion than how to send please help.

I was working with a pvt sector bank for 3 years ( 2002-2005) after which i left and joined some other company/companies.
PF was being deducted in the bank but not in other company. Now i have left that job ( unemployed for almost 6 mths now) and want to withdraw my PF from the bank. I have the following queries :
1. Will I get 100% PF withdrawal or
2. tax will be deducted

One my friend is lawer he is not filling IT return till now. this year he is going to file return but he did not have current bank a/c.he is using saving a/c which is combind with his father. As his income comes under profesional income so he will file ITR 4.
with balancesheet and p/l a/c.

May i know is complsury to have current a/c.

Now if I want to enroll in international CFA institute, not in ICFAI for CFA course can I get permission from ICAI as CFA is a Self study course?

Hi friends,

My friend has cleared his fianl exams in June'09.As he is employed outside India, he can't undergo compulsory GMCS course, which is compulsory for obtaining the pass certificate. Pl advise how to obtain the certificate? is there is any alternative available?
