Sir, today CA results have declared.
I did't get through in the Exam even by giving only one group.
Sir i did much more labour on my part without coaching,but don't know the reasons that why this happened.

Is it true that one can't pass the exams without coaching?

Pls. suggest me the wayout(subjectwise), it's my humble request.

does they recheck the marks or retotal the paper

HI I AM ANKUSH KAPOOR STUDENT OF CA FINAL UNDERGOING AN ARTICLE SHIP , AT SOME PLACE I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WETHER IT IS NECESSARY FOR EVERY PRINCIPAL TO GIVE STIPEN TO THEIR ARTCILES SINCE ITS BEEN 6 MONTH AND DIDN'T GET SINGLE PENNY FROM HIM SO SUGGEST ME PLEASE, AND MORE I AM FORCED TO DO HIS PERSONAL WORKS RATHER THAN OFFICIAL LIKE I USED TO BUY BOOKS FOR HIS CHILDRENS, USED TO SERVE WATER (SOMETIMES) ETC.. & MANY MORE , SO U TELL ME IS IT THE WAY CA WILL TREAT THEIR ARTICLE, AND ONE THING MORE IF I ASK FOR STIPEN THAN HE REPLIED WHAT FOR, I GAVE U TIME FOR UR CLASSES, AND I USED TO LEAVE YOU ON TIME (6:00 PM ) SO TEHRE IS NO MATTER WHATSOEVER FOR ASKING MONEY SO NO MONEY...

1. Applicability of ESI in a company having more that 21 employees, of which 18 employees are drawing less than Rs. 10,000/-

2. Applicability of ESI in a company having more that 40 employees, of which more than 20 employees are drawing less than Rs. 10,000/-

I have applied for CS Executive Programme.
I am a CA final Student.
I Have cleared my CA PCC in NOV 2008. I have completed my 100 hours computer training from the ICAI training centre. 100 hours computer training being a pre-requisite for appearing in CA PCC exam, can i get exemption for the 70 hours NIIT training in CS executive programme?

I have doudt about the TDS.
Our Company is taking Consultancy form other company . so, the other company has charged Service tax on concultancy amount.What should i do i have deduct TDS on consulantcy amount or total bill amount.

Ex.: Consultancy for quarter 45000/-
Service tax 4635/-
Total 49635/-
In case i have to deduct TDS on 45000/- or on 49635/-

Please let me know it very very uergent.
