please let me know that whether joining 3 months residential programme is better than the doing Industrial training for newly qualified Chartered and his articleship is still remaining.....

if i merged my proprietory c.a. firm with an exesting partnership c.a. firm and become an partner in this firm then what will be status of my article. is any difficulties arise and what i have to do and what my article have to do for any formilities with Institute. Plz give full detail very soon.

i want to know form for extension of articleship.is there any fees? when to be submitted whether before completion or after.i also want to know that if my articleship due to extension could not be completed before 31st Aug.than i am not eligible for upcoming campus and so can i than appear in next campus?

my articleship is going to be completed in April 2009, and i haved passed Ca final exam in june 2009.Currently i am working as an article clerk in a Delhi based Ca firm.
I am a citizen of Nepal . so can i seve in Nepal as an article clerk for the remaining period of 7 months.
what will be the procedure for transfer of Article training ??

The rules of the Trust provides that the interest shall be cedited to the members account at a rate as decided by the Board of Trustees but the rate in no case shall be less than the rate notified by the Central Govt. The deficiency shall be made good by the Employer.

The Trust has provided the interest @ 8.5% but the Income of the Trust is not suffient to meet the Interest amount

eg. The Total Interest provided by the Trust is Rs. 100,000
Income of the Trsut is Rs. 60,000
Surplus in the Income & Expenditure A/c b/f from previous year is Rs. 10,000

Now What shall be the liability of the Employer?

Rs. 40,000 (100,000-60,000)
or
Rs. 30,000 (100,000-60,000-10,000)

The rules of the trust are silent on the matter.

hi...just now i cleared CA Final Exam in June 09....and my articleship is going on....please let me know about eligibility for doing Industrial training...and whether it is compulsory for Employer to releiving me for IT....

I am having a serious doubt regarding industrial training.

I have been given industrial training by a company.

The company is in the list of the approved organisations of Icai.

However currnetly the company does not have any chartered accountants.

So the company is saying that the director will sign the papers...

Is it acceptable or not????
