I hv cmplted my cs and applied for job..bt my wish is to work as practicing cs nd also a ca frnd of mine wants me to join him nd do the same..hwever dere is not enough wrk bt i think if we start wrkng only den work will be increased.

So i want experts guidance should i go 4 practice initially or go 4 service.....

I am in to garment export business. I export garments to one US based importer. by means of export i am earning from this customer...

now the same customer wants me to work for him as a quality controller for the orders he places with other exporters in India and he will give me some commission for this. so by means of commission i will earn from him.

my question is is it ok to take comission income from the same customer whom i export my products ? as my income will be in 2 ways - exports + commission from the same customer.....

Mr. "A" is in India and his son is in USA doing ERP/SAP Softwares. Some modules of the ERP/SAP provides by Mr. "A" and also provideing supporting modules. Now what type of registration require in India under various Laws. So that remmittence received in India will not prohibited by FEMA, I.T. Act., Service tax. etc. Whether IEC Code reg. and any other reg. necessary for doing this type of business in India ? Kindly prove section wise details.
Is there any tax benefit ?
