Exporter can take commission income ?

This query is : Resolved

06 December 2011 I am in to garment export business. I export garments to one US based importer. by means of export i am earning from this customer...

now the same customer wants me to work for him as a quality controller for the orders he places with other exporters in India and he will give me some commission for this. so by means of commission i will earn from him.

my question is is it ok to take comission income from the same customer whom i export my products ? as my income will be in 2 ways - exports + commission from the same customer.....

Please guide.

Thanks,Hiren

06 December 2011 Dear Mr.Ramesh Kumar,

If I am exporting goods worth Rs.1.5 crore annually including my profit to one importer in USA then
can I handle his other orders for which he will pay me comiission separately..

so I will get 2 types of remittance... one against exports and second as commission from the same
importer in USA, is it ok ?

Thanks,.
Hiren
