Is Refund of Margin Money by bank in case of LC is Income

A indian based private limited company wants to provide consultancy service to foreigners and receives consultancy fee from abroad. whether it needs any registration under FEMA ? if yes what is the procedure kindly let me know

We make Export of product worth USD10000. We made Invoice in USD, Got Shipping Bill and got Duty Drawback. But we received payment in INR. Our client said that He in his country bought USD and got it converted to INR. Our Bank received payment worth INR420000. Our Bank also gives a message copy in which it is written 'Foreign Inward Remittance from Bank for INR420000'. Now what to right on BRC i.e. Whether Export is in Indian Rupee or Freely Convertible Currency. Secondally, will it be considered as Export as we got payment in INR. If not what should be done. Shall we return Drawback or other steps what can be taken.

a company have 1000 shares of 10each & EAT 200,000/- so EPS = 200000/1000 i.e. 200,& its p/e ratio 10, so MPS =200*10 i.e 2000,

if company issue bonus share in the ratio 1:1 then????

A)market price per share will change & P/E ratio remain same

Hi,
I already have a PAN card & PAN No. but it was made when I was minor, because of which the signature on the same is my FATHER's signature.
Now I am major, I would like open demate account in HDFC bank for which they require my PAN Card & no. but the problem is that the photograph & the signature doesnt matched my actual one right now as the signature is my father's signature & photograph is mine (when I was very young)

I would like to update my photograph as well as signature WITHOUT CHANGING MY PAN No. Kindly let me know whether this is possible or not...
