07 December 2011 Hi,
I already have a PAN card & PAN No. but it was made when I was minor, because of which the signature on the same is my FATHER's signature.
Now I am major, I would like open demate account in HDFC bank for which they require my PAN Card & no. but the problem is that the photograph & the signature doesnt matched my actual one right now as the signature is my father's signature & photograph is mine (when I was very young)

I would like to update my photograph as well as signature WITHOUT CHANGING MY PAN No. Kindly let me know whether this is possible or not...

07 December 2011 Possible, you can change your signature without changing your pan number. Please contact any NSDL centre agent so that they will guide you how to change these things.

07 December 2011 Dear Jinesh,

I have solution for your question.

1.you have to furnish Correction form,
2.Stick your new photograph,
3.Tick mark on Photo mismatch box,
4.Tick mark on Signature mismatch box,
5.Sign your new signature with Black Ball Pen
you can send it either UTI PAN CENTER or NSDL PAN CENTER of your nearest area.
Further if you want correction form just give your e-mail id,i'll forward to you or just send mail to me on:ronak.jdarji@gmail.com
