We have been requested by our customer to issue letter of credit.

a. The Customer has said that Usance interest has to be borne by us.
b. The L/C is for 90 days.
c. if discount the L/c at sight, we will have to bear the discounting charges?

In such a case, will Usance Interest also arise in addition to discounting charge?

Can u plz tell me that A Chartered Accountant can take a Franchise of a rating Company?

my CA signed the Transfer form-109 on 8th January 2012, but due to some sorts of personal problem I was not able to submit the form to ICAI. Now I want to submit the form to ICAI, do I also have to provide a reason for late submitting???.........if yes, then can anyone suggest me a good reason for late submitting?????..........(due to some sorts of misunderstanding between my CA & me, my CA jst signed the Transfer form-109 n kept it with him, but now he is ready to give me the form)
