29 March 2012 my CA signed the Transfer form-109 on 8th January 2012, but due to some sorts of personal problem I was not able to submit the form to ICAI. Now I want to submit the form to ICAI, do I also have to provide a reason for late submitting???.........if yes, then can anyone suggest me a good reason for late submitting?????..........(due to some sorts of misunderstanding between my CA & me, my CA jst signed the Transfer form-109 n kept it with him, but now he is ready to give me the form)

29 March 2012 Hye, there should be no problem in submitting the form to the Institute. They will not ask for any explanation.

One thing you should keep in mind that if there is a gap between the date of transfer and the date of joining a new principle, the duration of article ship shall increase accordingly.
