what are the formalities for a foreign investor to invest in shares issued by an unlisted company in India?


is there is any limit for a foreign investor to invest in shares issued by an unlisted company in India?

I sold scrap to someone with value of Rs.10050/- so whats the enry in the book of account? Any part of tax on that? Scrap material sold in gujrat. Please help me here………………

Hey Everyone, I completed my articles in Jan 2012 but till date i have to go to principal's office as he is not signing form 108, my final exams are nearing. He says as there are no other articles u have to come.He is telling if i sign u will not come after exams.He didnot pay me stipend and the attendance register which was maintained was removed by him few months back. I have a copy of final examination form in which he certified that i'm serving my six months of the articles. what is the other alternative through which i can get it signed.Plz help me out
