1. Can all of these Sole, Partnership, LLp, Pvt Ltd enter into export business?

2. Are there any additional steps in registration if it is going to be involved in export business?

3. How do I apply for export license?

4. Are there any special relaxations if the export is by an e-commerce business?

5. What are the steps to be followed while exporting?

6. Will this procedure change for each type of good we want to export?

7. Does the procedure remain same even if we are exporting single goods/ in bulk?

8. Is there any easier procedure /permissions that can be obtained to export single items?

9. What are the Tax Authorities with whom registration should be taken( Ex: VAT , CST, Service Tax, Customs Etc.....,)

I am having a query on EPF account.

If I withdraw amount for a Home (Purchase a flat) from my EPF account and at the time i also declare that the house is free of encumbarances. now after that if i take a home loan should there be any issue ? with EPF act.

can i again withdraw the amount to repay the same home loan if from nationalised bank.

i recently heard that any student who has passed his/her b.com 1st year with marks equal to or more than 60% can give the IPCE without even giving cpt after 12th.Is there any provision such as this?...I think one needs to be graduated in order to give IPCE without giving cpt...please answer my query

my MRN is 145209. when i check in the icai site it is showing as active and full time COP.

however firm name is not displayed. when i typed the firm name that i had mentioned in the application one of the name "A A SINGH & CO. is displayed."

how can i confirm that above firm name has been registered in my name. also can i certify any documents, issue letterheads in my individual name till the firm name is confirmed.
