hello everyone,
my MRN is 145209. when i check in the icai site it is showing as active and full time COP.
however firm name is not displayed. when i typed the firm name that i had mentioned in the application one of the name "A A SINGH & CO. is displayed."
how can i confirm that above firm name has been registered in my name. also can i certify any documents, issue letterheads in my individual name till the firm name is confirmed.

You cannot use the firm name until it is approved and registered with ICAI.
If you got the same name approved and file the form 18 for the same, then until you will receive a communication from ICAI about approval of name you should not use the same.
Otherwise it is professional misconduct.
