can land be depricaited

I am checking the name of company in the MCA website (http://www.mca.gov.in/DCAPortalWeb/dca/QueryNameAction.do) by putting the desired name in the field "Company or LLP Name" and putting activity in the "Activity" field but it is returning the same page.

What does it mean? Does it mean company name is available

Can anyone provide whole procedure to form a private limited company?

We are a pvt ltd co. One of our director is a foreigner who sends us money from abroad in Indian Rupees. What are the compliances we are required to do with RBI or our Bank or Government of India?

I wnat to start a finance company (NBFC). I have my own funds of Rs 3 crores. Please can u brief me the procedure for the same.

I work for a startup which is a subsidiary of a listed company.

Currently in the start-up, we have 7 employees out of which 4 have been transferred from the parent company and have been working in the parent company for more than 5 yrs, the other 3 are new employees.

we plan to have around 50 employees by the year end and a total of 150 by the end of 2 yrs.

Currently, deductions are being made from our CTC for gratuity.


My queries are as follows-

Is the gratuity act applicable to the this start-up (since we have only 7 employees as on date)?

If it not applicable then what happens to the deduction on account of gratuity to the old employees?

Plz help me,
One of CMA have asked me to complete a project on his behalf and will fees for it.

But, now after completion of that project, i ask him to pay then he start to avoid me..

So. suggest me, wheather it is possible to complain about it to CMA Council or any other place at Institute.
