at the time of creating ledger in tally erp9 for labour charges which option i select under the group of list

If I purchase any bike for Rs.65000/- and SBI issue credit of Rs. 50000/- in my account against EMI.

This bike is fixed assets for me and no Vat Input has to be taken for same.

What entry should I pass in tally?

Sir,
We have filed our 3rd qtr TDS return in the month of January 2015.The IT department raised late TDS deposit interest of Rs.460.00 on the return filed by us.we are depositing the late deposit interest under the head of interest and type of payment 400(raised by IT Department)with Assessment year 2015-16,as we click the pay button of online payment of the computer,the computer shows 'REGULAR ASSESSMENT TAX (400) SHOULD NOT BE PAID IN ASSESSMENT YEAR 2015-16'. Please guide us how can we deposit the same

Buy back of equity share capital

Experts,
Sec. 68 of cos. Act 2013 - speaks about use of security premium for buy back. It is right to say that security premium can be used for premium on buy back, but my question is "Can we use the security premium to be transferred to CRR on buy back of equity share capital, i.e. for the proportion of capital amount on buy back.
What are the clarifications of MCA in this regard. Reference is pleased.
