Service tax revised return

20 January 2015 Dear sir, revised return after 9 month is available under service tax ? One of the my client paid service tax amount during this month for the period of F.Y 2013-14. and original return done before due date. I want Wat is procedures and Wat issues bare by client. Thanks Regard Pravin

20 January 2015 the ans is no as only within 90 days of fillling the original return it can be revised.

24 January 2015 Please refer Rule 7B of Service Tax Rules regarding “Revision of Return”.

An assessee may submit a revised return within a period of ninety days from the date of submission of the return under rule 7. Revised return can be submitted only once.

So you can not revised Service Tax return in the given case since 90 day are over.
